Freight booking with transparent pricing

Business shippers and approved carriers working from the same load details.

QuickTrucks helps business shippers post freight, receive carrier interest, negotiate booking details, and complete transportation services with clear pricing and documented proof of delivery.

QuickTrucks basics

  • Business shipper load posting
  • Approved motor carrier participation
  • Transparent booking rate
  • Flat QuickTrucks service fee
  • Carrier payment after service completion and verification

How QuickTrucks works

The platform is designed to keep the booking process straightforward: the shipper posts a load, an approved carrier accepts or negotiates, and QuickTrucks documents the booking and service completion.

Shipper posts a load.
The shipper enters pickup, delivery, trailer, weight, commodity, timing, and offered rate details.
Carrier reviews and responds.
Approved carriers can request to book or make an offer through the QuickTrucks app.
Shipper books the carrier.
Payment is collected from the shipper at booking or applied from advance-paid QuickTrucks service funds after those funds are available.
QuickTrucks documents service completion.
Pickup, delivery, proof documents, and delivery verification are tracked in the app.
Transportation vendors are paid separately.
QuickTrucks pays approved transportation vendors after the transportation service is completed and verified.

Transparent pricing model

QuickTrucks is built around a clear service-fee model instead of hidden freight spreads.

For shippers

Know what you are paying

Business shippers see the carrier rate, QuickTrucks service fee, and any applicable payment-processing cost before booking.

For carriers

Clear agreed rate

Approved carriers see the agreed transportation rate and service details before accepting a load.

For records

App-documented workflow

QuickTrucks keeps booking, rate confirmation, proof, and status records in one system.

Simple shipper payment options

QuickTrucks customers may pay in advance for future QuickTrucks freight-booking services, or pay at the time of booking when a carrier is selected.

Advance payment

Business customers may pay QuickTrucks in advance for future freight-booking services. Funds are usable in the QuickTrucks system only after the payment is confirmed and available.

Pay at booking

Business customers may pay at the time of booking using an available instant bank payment option. Applicable processing costs are shown before payment.

Merchant of record: QuickTrucks collects payment from its business customers for QuickTrucks services and pays transportation vendors separately after service completion and verification.
